Contactless Check-In

During the contactless check-in process, you will fill out and sign the registration form and make payment digitally. Payment at the check-in kiosk at the reception is possible with cards. The payment via your mobile device online is only possible by credit card. Attention: We do not accept cash.

Have you booked an apartment with a physical key (please compare the apartment description on the website or your booking confirmation)?

Then we kindly ask you to pick up the keys from our office at Steinweg 45 after your contactless online check-in. Our office hours are daily from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please plan your arrival so that you can pick up the key before 6:00 p.m. If you are unexpectedly late, please check in online before 6 p.m. and contact our staff as early as possible by phone +49 6421 1830544 for a key lock code.

Have you booked an apartment with a digital code lock (please compare the apartment description on the website or your booking confirmation)?

Then we kindly ask you to do contactless check-in online between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. After successful online check-in, your arrival can also take place later. After you complete filling out the registration form, you will receive the access data for your apartment or parking lot via email or on your display. We recommend completing contactless check-in by 5:30 p.m. at the latest, so that if you have any problems or questions, you can contact our staff by phone (+49 6421 1830544) or in person. The option to check-in via your mobile device or our check-in kiosk is available till 11:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

You will receive personalized access to our contactless check-in system by email at 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Otherwise, you can start the check-in here.
